HiFLO airfilter

Found a HiFlo airfilter at E-Bay for a reasonable price. Might not be ass "good" as a K&N, but it's OK for me. Im mainly driving on paved roads!
Changed at about 9200 km.

What can I say....? Simply WOOOOW!
This product works so well. Takes 5 minutes to install, and totally transforms the bike. All without the hazzle of tuning or tweaking. Just Plug'n'Play!

Much better throttling. No more "puffing", and noticeable more POOOOWER! :-)

New tires at 9010km. (30:th march. 2012)

New spark plugs!

Replaced the spark plugs today (at 8735 km)
Quite an easy job after the plastic parts had been removed.

Remove the two bolts holding the "locking bridge" over the spark plugs. You need an 18mm spark plug socket.

I choose Iridium plugs this time.

Original spark plugs. Looks OK.

Had to find new "hats" for the new spark plugs since the old ones where not possible to unscrew as they usually are... Got them for free from the good guys next doors! Thanks! :-)

It's possible it runs smootgher with the new plugs, but hard to tell since it was a couple of months since the last ride... :-)
